Hi Linda! My name is Alina Henry. I am an undergraduate student at Eastern Michigan University and I am studying business management and entrepreneurship. I will be graduating in April 2009. It was very interesting to hear your interview and the technique you use to hire your staff for Pure Visibility. I find it out of the ordinary that you hire scientist and engineer to use their creativity and skills to provide your clients with multiple uses of marketing on the internet. An engineer or scientist seems to have a generic meaning about their field. They seemed to be stereotyped as really smart and boring. Your company proves that wrong! The enthusiasm that you portrayed in your interview and the way you described your staff was really up lifting. I liked that Pure Visibility has an energy about it that I’m sure is what your clients loved about it. Pure Visibility is really hands-on and dedicated to their clients. Many companies don’t leave that kind of impression in an interview. The relationship that you strive to have with your clients is what intrigued me in your interview. The staff at Pure Visibility goes above and beyond to get to know the client. This is really beneficial for the client because their business will be that much better with such great marketing. Through the college courses I have been taking I am realizing how important marketing is. Using the internet to market a business is huge for any business. Having a marketing company that can take your business to another level is important to find. I would be curious to know if your clients are ever perturbed by how close you want to get to them to make their internet marketing a success. I would imagine some business owners just want you to figure it out on your own and get it done. That is the type of business owner that doesn’t have their heart in their business. Congratulations on your kudos from Google. Keep hiring the creative staff and making the internet interesting. Alina Henry
